To protect the integrity of our artwork, we do not currently offer high resolution downloads of our photographs.

Yes, on occasion, we donate prints and/or products to charities. Please reach out to hello@saltwatercollection.com with any requests.

Most of our work is photographed on a Contax 645 medium format film camera. We partner with a wonderful film lab who scans our film using the highest technology available - ensuring we maintain the finest resolution for every image.

Please note: some of our photographs include film grain, which can have a vintage aesthetic.

We believe in providing quality artwork and have partnered with a wonderful printer here in the USA.  Our prints are Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper (308 gsm, no OBA, acid-free) - a heavy, bright white paper with a smooth matte finish.

Our custom products are made to order.  All in stock items ship within 2 - 3 business days.  All other items shipping directly from our vendors typically ship in 1 - 2 weeks.  Please visit individual product pages for the most accurate estimated shipping lead times.

We do not include pricing information in shipments - just a packaging slip listing the contents of the package.

Each product is custom made and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If your order is incorrect, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours and we will do our best to make it right.
